Important Warranty Information for Fuzzi Bunz: Snap Defects – 18 months Elastic Defects – 60 days Sewing/Workmanship Defects – 60 days Diaper will not be replaced with new product or refunded due to repelling (or any kind of residue build-up), shot elastic, staining, leaking or size discrepancies. If you experience any defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please fill out the FuzziBunz™ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located at: www.fuzzibunz.com/rma. All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have a question or issue that does not fall within this warranty information or you have misplaced your proof of purchase, please email karen@fuzzibunz.com or call 1-866-DRY-BABY. Email requests are preferable. Our customer care staff will evaluate your request and will contact you with a response.
The warranty for Happy Heinys products is as follows: Snaps: lifetime Elastic: 6 months Sewing: 3 months Issues with fit, wicking, and leaking do not fall under our warranties. Any defect will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Happy Heinys. Due to the nature of cloth diapers we can not guarantee how long they will last. Our prints are made out of a cotton outer and as with any cotton product these will show wear with time. Just the process of normal washing and drying will create wear on the diaper. The wear typically does not affect the usage of the diaper or the water-proof layer of the diaper. We do expect our product will last through multiple children but this is not a guarantee nor a promise. It all depends on the amount of use and the type of abuse the the diaper is given. Most diapers are washed every other day for several months and this alone will cause wear. We will NOT be held responsible for any wear on any of our diapers. Wear and tear is not a defect of the products. If there is any wear issues within the first 2 weeks of purchase than we will repair or refund at the discretion of Happy Heiny's. Any wear after 2 weeks will be considered due to use and washing of the products are are not under warranty. Warranty for Bright Mama nursing shawls: sewing: 3 months. Any item with defect will be replaced within three months. If you simply find that the shawl does not work for you, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. contact: lisamariebass@gmail.com
